The sound quality is not very good. What can I do?
Unfortunately, a lot of us have computers and laptops with very poor speakers. We recommend using headphones (if watching alone) or connecting your device to an external speaker.
Remember, you can also always pause and rewind, if you miss something.
If you have concerns about the sound quality, please email us at: SQFFboxoffice@threedollarbillcinema.org
How do I watch SQFF films online? See also below for CINESEND ON DEMAND — CUSTOMER FAQ
Much like watching a Netflix or YouTube video, once you have bought a ticket or pass and are logged in to SQFF’s CineSend watch portal, you just click PLAY and the film will start (available anytime from Nov 20-22). You can stop, start, and rewind as much as you like.
You can also cast the film from your device to your TV using Apple AirPlay or Chromecast (see below for more details)… or use an HDMI cable to connect to your TV or a larger monitor.
If you are having trouble connecting, sometimes it works to change browsers. Try using Chrome or Opera. Also, check your Internet connection.
Note: This system may not work correctly on computers running operating systems that are older than 10 years.
