ELEVATING THE SPECTRUM OF QUEER STORIES TO HELP CREATE A JUST AND EQUITABLE WORLD

THREE DOLLAR BILL CINEMA is Seattle’s 30-year-old queer film institution, dedicated to fostering deeper community engagement by showcasing queer film programming, educational experiences, and social dialogue. Our main annual programs are Seattle Queer Film Festival, TRANSlations: Seattle Trans Film Festival, OUTdoor Cinema, and Reel Queer Youth.

We provide access to films that depict the vast experiences of the intersections that make up the fabric of our beautiful queer communities. We’re also a forum for LGBTQ+ filmmakers to share and discuss their work with audiences. It’s our deep honor to be the bridge between filmmakers and audiences, and we hope you enjoy our many offerings throughout the year!
