In this documentary filmed in and around Seattle, dance sequences creatively punctuate interviews with millennials of various ethnicities, sexual orientations, and genders in an exploration of cultural appropriation vs. appreciation, LGBTQIA+ culture, and feminism. This 80-million-strong tech-savvy generation seem to be very comfortable with “the right to be who they are” and effecting change from the bottom up. This artful film illustrates that yes, they “want it now,” but they believe they can make it happen now too.
