Call for Entries: The Seattle Lesbian and Gay Film Festival: October 16-25, 2009

The Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival is the largest LGBT arts event in the Pacific Northwest with over 10,000 attendees. Features and short films selected for our
14th annual festival are eligible for audience awards and juried cash prizes, and will receive plenty of attention from Seattle’s famously film-loving community.

The competition jury will select films from four categories to receive cash awards:
Best Feature Film
Best Documentary Film
Most Innovative Short Film
Best Short Film

Audience awards will be given for:
Favorite Narrative Feature
Favorite Documentary Feature
Favorite Boys’ Short Film
Favorite Girls’ Short Film
Favorite Local Film

Festival Exhibition Formats
Preferred: 35mm, BetaSP, or DigiBeta
other possible formats: 16mm, DVD

Entry Deadlines
Early – Entry postmarked by May 15, 2009 ($10 fee)—PAST
Final – Entry postmarked no later than June 15, 2009 ($20 fee)—PAST
