| Just in time for Halloween, gorge on the treat that is ELVIRA’S HAUNTED HILLS! Everyone’s favorite vamp mistress Elvira is back and fabulous in this campy new send-up of classic Vincent Price, Edgar Allen Poe and Roger Corman 1960s horror flicks. Filming on location in Transylvania, writer/producer/star Cassandra Peters and director Sam Irvin transport us to 1851 Carpathia. Elvira is headed to Paris with her cabaret show "Yes I Can Can" accompanied by her trusted assistant (whose ample cleavage happens to house an arsenal of beauty products). Along the way they’re intercepted by the cursed Hellsubus family, and, well, all hell breaks loose! What’s a girl to do when threatened by such evil? Why, break out into song and dance! Can Elvira escape the family curse and the wicked Vladimere (deliciously played by THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW’s Richard O’Brien)? Only if she can keep her hands off the studly stable master long enough! ELVIRA’S HAUNTED HILLS; Sam Irvin, director; 2002; USA; 90 minutes; 35mm $5 Welcome
